In terms of my political past, present and hopeful future, I was immersed in politics from a very young age, as a child I have spent many days travelling to cities like London and attending numerous marches. Currently, I am a member of the Labour Party and am also a Young Advisor. Recently, I have participated in two Model United Nations, one in which I chaired the Security Council. Furthermore, I am a member of Amnesty International and Greenpeace and hope to continue to be active within them and outside.
Fave Politician: Aneurin Bevan (for now). I have more dislikes than ones that I have any positive inclinations towards.
Inspirational Political Revolutionaries: Che Guevara and Malcolm X.
Political ideology: somewhere on the left.
Fave political quote: “Democracy is when the indigent, and not the men of property, are the rulers.” Aristotle.
“If voting changed anything, they'd make it illegal.” Emma Goldman.
“Politics is too serious a matter to be left to the politicians.” Charles De Gaulle.
